How can I monetise my work as a filmmaker?
Your main source of monetisation will be through our industry leading revenue sharing model from platform wide subscriptions. We share up to 70% of our monthly net revenue (up to 80% for founding filmmakers) with you. Rentals from "free" users as well as direct donations from your audience further increase your monthly revenue potential.
Is my story right for Kinoora?
Kinoora is designed for original independent films, series, documentaries and shorts. We are not the new TikTok or YouTube. We do not support tutorials, vlogs, travel, product reviews & demos, event videography and lifestyle content on our platform.
What are the technical requirements to upload to Kinoora?
We want to give everyone a fair shot and do not expect Hollywood like quality. Nevertheless, your films/series should have a minimum resolution of 480p (up to 4K) and come with clear audio. We support all standard video file formats (e.g. MP4, MOV, AVI).
What languages do you support?
We support stories in all languages. For subtitles, we offer translations into English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese. You also have the option to upload subtitle tracks yourself in any language of your choice.
Can I also upload an entire series?
Yes, we offer a series upload logic with dedicated seasons and episodes.
